Publication of a new scientific paper on authenticating the geographical origin of maple syrup. The paper focuses on the use of strontium isotopes to determine the geographical origin of maple syrup. This project, carried out by the Centre ACER in collaboration with UQAM, was funded jointly by the Centre ACER and the MITACS program.
