Procedure Guide: Postproduction Operations of Maple Syrup and Use of Measuring Instruments in Maple Syrup Production (Project 3010438)

Résumé

The Centre ACER is pleased to announce the launch of a new project aimed at developing reference tools to enhance certain aspects of maple syrup quality, such as postproduction operations (filtration, bottling, etc.) and the use of measuring instruments. The tools will be created in the form of infographics and concise, user-friendly guides for advisors and maple producers. This project is funded by the 2023-2028 Agri-Food Innovation Program (Component 5) and has received financial support from Les Équipements d’érablière CDL inc. and the Club acéricole du Sud du Québec, project partners. Furthermore, the Centre ACER will benefit from the input of a technical review committee comprising representatives from a range of sectors from the maple industry.
