Informative capsules on wash water management
The Centre ACER team is currently developing several informative capsules on maple syrup and water management. According to the fact sheets (available in French only) on the subject, videos are currently being produced to provide visual and complementary information on the project. As part of this project, producers and stakeholders in the field were approached to offer their testimony and expertise on the subject. Stéphane Guay, of Érable & Chalumeaux, has agreed to collaborate on the capsule on source reduction measures that can be implemented to minimize the use of chemicals. On January 12th, the video was filmed to capture his testimony on the subject.
