ACER DIVISION INSPECTION, inc., an affiliate of Centre ACER, is the sole agent responsible for the classification of maple syrup produced in large containers in Quebec. Our quality controllers, experts in organoleptic evaluation, with the assistance of auxiliaries, make up a team of 70 employees. ACER DIVISION INSPECTION, inc. is also involved in the follow-up of the NAPSI Standard requirements during maple sap bottling and in the verification of requirements applied to small retail-sold containers.
