Color comparator for the international classification of maple syrup

The Centre ACER has created this color comparator (colorimeter) to allow you to visually evaluate the color of maple syrup according to the international classification of maple syrup. Each reference bottle represents the darkest color of the class indicated on the lid. The color classes according to the existing international standards are the following: golden, delicate flavor - amber, rich flavor - dark, robust flavor - very dark, pronounced flavor (not included in the kit).
